Parents to Partners in Education

Education is a powerful positive tool, and a lack of education is its negative opposite.  Thomas Jefferson believed, “If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be.”

I truly believe that parents want to help their children to be successful in school but many parents do now know how to help.   I am a parent and an educator, thusly I know both sides of the fence.  As a result, I have been able to help my own children to reach their own full academic capabilities.  However, I believe I could have done more if I had partnered with the schools to be more helpful at home.

What are standards?  What is RTI?  What additional resources are available for me to use at home to help my child improve?  Aside from the PTA and fundraisers, how else can I be involved with important school matters?

For schools, what can you do to better share the joys and responsibilities of educating your students with their families?  Do you have low participation for academic functions?  Parents to Partners, LLC offers workshops to answer these questions and many more.   Call to schedule a workshop.

Partners in the Community

Will today’s youth, society’s future employees, have the skills they need to maintain a job? Will they be able to read the application and count correct change? Aside from finances, what other ways can the community support local schools. Parents to Partners, LLC also offers a variety of workshops to help the community to better understand how they can support today’s youth.

Prayers from My Heart to Yours

As a parent, I’m sure not a day goes by when you don’t pray for your children and recognize that they are a blessing from God, but do your children realize how often you pray and what your prayers are for them?

As a praying parent, what greater gift could a child receive than not only knowing you prayed for them, but a book where you personally wrote your prayers for them to have forever.

In this remarkable book, you can pour out your inner hopes, love, and prayers for your children and present it to them with Prayers from My Heart to Yours.

In John 14:13-14, Jesus said, “You can ask anything in my name, and I will do it, so that the Son can bring glory to the Father. Yes, ask me for anything in my name and I will do it!”

Give the greatest gift of all, prayer: words to reach, remind, or restore your child.
